RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Callie Lee, each piece is made to order with care. Because of the custom nature of our jewelry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item or believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at callie@callielee.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

REPAIRS & RESTRINGING

We stand behind our jewelry and offer restringing and repair services for a fee. Please contact us for current pricing and instructions.
